Grass-fed beef is dry aged for 2 weeks, cut and vacuum packed in plastic that protects meat for years in your freezer. We’re taking orders now for beef that will be ready for harvest in Sept/Oct 2009. “Cow pooling” is a great way to share beef among friends and family and still get volume discounts. http://wordie.org/words/cow%20pooling
